Game Reporting Procedures for North Island Eagles Rep Teams:
VIAHA game reports are to be filled out and emailed to respective Division Commisioners. The game reports must also be email copied to President of North Island Eagles, President of Tri Port MHA, and Administrator of Tri Port MHA. As well, the TPMHA online game report must also be filled out and submitted via Triport's website within 24 hours. If major Penalties are assessed during any game, a picture of the game sheet must be emailed to Tri Port President, Vadim Stavrakov. (VStavrakov@Yahoo.ca).
Game Reporting Procedures for Female Teams in VIAHA League:
Female teams playing in the VIAHA league are required to fill out the VIAHA game report and submit via email to respective Female Division Commisioner and be copied to Tri Port President and Administrator. As well, the TPMHA online game report must also be filled out and submitted via Triport's website within 24 hours. Reporting Procedures for Recreational Teams in Tri Port League:
After every game played in the Tri Port League, the online Game Report below must be filled out by theTeam Manager and submitted online within 24 hours. As well, if teams are away at Tournaments or exhibition games, the online game report must be submitted for every game played.
