As per Triport's MHA Policy manual, if a parent, player, volunteer or other member has a significant issue/complaint that can't be resolved at the Coach/Head Coach level, then please explain the issue in writing and bring it forward to your local Executive for resolution. The attached form below should be used for documentation.
